All classes are instructed by a Chartered Physiotherapist who is also a qualified Pilates teacher.

All courses must be booked in advance of the start date.
The Beginners workshops run for 2 consecutive weeks, each session lasts 2 hours, they cost £45 for the 2 sessions. The maximum number of people in a beginners workshop is 8.
Improver courses run for 6 weeks with each session lasting 1 hour and cost £50 for the 6 week course. The maximum number of people in an intermediate/advanced class is 12
